Big challenge in technology to meet the challenges of Retail sector

Panda prides itself in developing our people into successful restaurant owners. One opportunity we face at Panda Restaurant Group is being able to take the raw real-time data of our enterprise system and drilling it down deeper to perform comparison and analysis instantaneously for our General Managers. It would be a great opportunity for the company and our associates if we had the capacity to enable analysis of huge amount of real-time and historical data within a few seconds.

Advancement in technology and availability of some cool technology solutions

We are constantly looking for technology that can support our restaurant managers so that they can remain focused on running the restaurant and serving our guests. One thing that would be beneficial is a cost effective software or hardware that can execute information with 100% accuracy and availability in a consistent manner over a lengthy period of time.
